3-Day Free Trial + 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying MKB VIP. Monthly plans include a 3-day free trial — you won't be charged until day 4. If you decide it's not for you after your trial ends, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your trial start date, no questions asked. The free trial is available to new subscribers only.

Eligibility

• The free trial and 14-day refund guarantee apply to monthly subscriptions only (All Access Monthly and Discord Only Monthly).
• Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of your trial start date (i.e., the date you first subscribed).
• The free trial is available to new subscribers only. Returning subscribers will not receive an additional trial period.
• The refund guarantee is a one-time courtesy. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you are not eligible for an additional refund under this policy.
• Weekly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds under this policy, as they renew on a shorter billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hilary@mama-knows-bets.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

• Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund approval.
• Access to all MKB VIP tools, dashboards, and Discord roles will be revoked.
• The full subscription amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Subscriptions with Promo Codes

If you subscribed using a promotional code that provided a discount or free access, refunds will only apply to the amount actually charged. Promotional or complimentary subscriptions with no charge are not eligible for refunds.
